It is time to return to the 90’s! There has been a murder at the “Java Mugshot” coffee shop, a popular local hangout in New York City. A colorful cast of suspects were in the coffee shop at the time and it is up to you to explore the fashion, games, movies, sitcoms, and music of the 90’s to see if you can catch the culprit. Be prepared to put on your slap bracelet, try to keep your digital pet alive, and listen to your favorite mix CD, as you try to solve this tricky whodunit! But that isn’t the only crime, however… In an apartment above the coffee shop, there is evidence of a computer hacker who may be involved in a plot to make Y2K happen. It will be up to you to start up the dial up internet and see if you can follow the trail of the hacker. There must be SOME connection between these 2 crimes! Can you solve the murder AND stop Y2K?

- What are the recommended ages?
- Our games are designed to be at the same level of difficulty as an average escape room. Therefore, we recommend these games for ages 10+. Younger players have enjoyed playing with the help of adults, but the games are meant to be tricky.
- How many people can play?
- We designed the game for 1-6 players (or as many as can comfortably sit around a small table. Our game runs itself, so it is perfect for SOLO players. If you are looking for a game for more than 6 players, we recommend buying 2 crates and racing against each other from different rooms to see who escapes first.
- Do I need to play games in order?
- No. Each game is a complete adventure with a beginning, middle, and an end. Therefore, you don't need to play any games in order. Games were originally released in a series and they do have small connections within a larger story if you do decide to play them in number order, but it certainly is not needed.
- How long will it take me to play?
- Most of our games take around 2 hours to complete. Most games are divided into smaller (hour long) chapters so you can split the game up into smaller sittings if you would rather.
